| Summary: | The present research work called "MODEL OF MANAGEMENT TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF MARKETING IN THE MUNICIPAL MARKET GRAN COLOMBIA LOJA DURING THE PERIOD 2016", has as purpose to design a Strategic Management Model according to the current situation of the Municipal Gran Colombia market, since from an analysis of the obtained results it is tried to establish strategies directed to improve the conditions of sale of the retailers and the management of the administrative area. In the development of this research work, necessary information was gathered through the application of research instruments such as; Direct observation, survey directed to the merchants and interview to the administrative authorities of the Gran Colombia Municipal Market, through which it was determined: that the lack of attention is reflected in 33% by traders 46 years of age and older, Infrastructure with which the market is not adequate according to 79.55% of the surveyed merchants, 67.61% operational staff highlights that the administrative staff is not trained as they do not receive timely responses to problems, it should be noted that the Municipal Market Gran Colombia does not have a management model, its absence being what generates lack of coordination in activities, and inadequate service within the market. 5 Given the diagnosis obtained in the present research work is proposed to develop a Management Model focused on improving the organization of operational staff by the inadequate distribution of commercial positions in the blocks, addressing the ideas and opinions on the lack of necessary services that prevent the normal development of business and good image of the market and optimize the management of administrative staff in terms of the organization of the Gran Colombia Municipal Market of the city of Loja. |
