| Περίληψη: | The constant evolution of the Technologies of the Information allows and it demands that the processes inside the social, economic and technological environment become more and more agile, so that their actors maintain harmony, good acting in its work environment and an appropriate level of service to the internal and external users. For well or for bad, the technology, the computers, the nets, the electronic devices, the software programs and the computer processes have become fundamental parts of our society. When these components fail and they fail with more frequency of what many people wanted, the situation becomes critic and it requires urgent attention on behalf of those responsible for its operation and operation, this is computer science's technicians, systems, computation center or simply technology area. This work has as fundamental objective, the development an application web Table of help (Help Desk), inside the technology area for the Honorable Consejo Provincial of Loja that allows to assist and to offer solution to the hardware problems, software, nets and other computer components. To achieve the outlined objective you use the investigation methodology through interviews, surveys, and field observation directed to technicians and users it is obtained the necessary requirements for the analysis and development of the project. The present project is determined by four modules, application table of help for registration of incidents, a base of knowledge for consultation and registration of information, a remote access to give maintenance and finally an inventory to take an automated registration of teams and programs installed in the Consejo Provincial of Loja. Finally he is proven that it is viable the application like instrumental of support, offering concrete tools to the Honorable Consejo Provincial of Loja. |
