Subsequently, the proposal aims which is based on the problem and issue raised, and for that reason constitutes the fundamental axis of this project is necessary. Therefore, a general objective, which is to develop a strategic plan for the company Her Aldean city of Santo Domingo de los Tsachilas set. And the references specific objectives that translate into Conduct a situational analysis of the Company, in order to find the point of reference for the formulation of the Strategic Plan; which will support the development of the entity; Tabular and process the data obtained through the completion of the respective fieldwork; Perform internal and external diagnosis of the current situation of the company Her Aldean, through analysis F.O.D.A .; An analysis of the needs of current customers of Her Aldean; Determine the vision, mission, objectives, policies, strategies and procedures of the company; and develop strategic objectives in the strategic plan for the Company. To meet the specific objectives will be the respective analysis, and it will resort to collect all the information necessary to establish the respective projects. Establish permanent training and motivation seminars for sales staff and customer service to carry out their activities efficiently; 2. Clearly define the functions of the staff of the company through a Manual Functions; 3. Introduce the benefits and promotions of products and services offered by the company through an advertisement according to the needs and preferences of customers of the company; and, 4. Improvement of the additional services offered to customers of the company, which will contribute to the business development of the organization and will help the company increase its sales and generate higher returns. After having made a proposal for positive change for the company, Her Aldean is passed to make the respective conclusions and the Manager - Owner for the improvement and development of the company, will follow recommendations.
