Samenvatting:This thesis, prior to choose the degree of Bachelor of Jurisprudence and law degree, called "Tests For Admission And System Of Quotas For Admission To Higher Education, And Constitutional Equal Opportunity Principles And Non-Discrimination" was executed in compliance with the form of special projects that had as its overall objective to carry out a theoretical, normative and field study on the admission tests and quota system for entry to the different Ecuadorian state universities, thus demonstrating that the system is illegal because it goes against the constitutional principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination in the right to higher education, proposing, designing adequate legal regulations which corresponds to the right of bachelors in the universal access to higher education, based on the constitutional principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, as they allow reform the Organic Law on higher education in regard to the admission tests and quota system for access to education third level in the various public universities. This research is based largely corresponding to the right to education, particularly higher education, since it is fundamental for the development of our country part; It addresses the constitutional principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination as they are the basis for realizing citizens' rights; thus demonstrating the irrelevance in the new system of
