الملخص: | The thesis entitled: THE USE OF RECYCLED DIDACTIC MATERIAL TO IMPROVE THE PROCESS OF KIDS LITERACY AT DECEMBER 25TH BASIC GENERAL SCHOOL IN THE CITY OF LOJA, ACADEMIC PERIOD 2018-2019, it had as a general objective the improvement of the process of literacy of kids through recycled didactic material at the December 25th Basic General School in the city of Loja, academic period 2018-2019. For its development it was used the methods: scientific, inductive, deductive, descriptive, analytic-synthetic; the technics and tools used in the research were: the interview applied to the teacher and the ABC test of Dr. Lorenzo Filho, it was aimed to 15 kids, which consisted the selected sample. In the literature review, two themes were addressed: recycled didactic material, and literacy; in the results obtained it was evident that most of the kids got a low level of motor coordination, one kid with a low level of pronunciation and another one got a low level of immediate memory; with the aim of improving the process of literacy it was designed and applied a proposal based on creative activities with surroundings resources, concluding that the recycled didactic material contribute to the enhancement of the literacy process; at the same time suggests that the elementary school teachers should use surroundings resources to make didactic material, in this way ,work with them and familiarized the kids with his reality, with the purpose of getting a better literacy process. |
