الملخص:These days, clothing has become increasingly relevant among the youth population, due to the rise of social networks, where one of the dominant and basic garments dictated by youth fashion is the hoodie. This garment in the city of Loja is provided by companies located in other cities of the country, that is why this research arises, which has as general objective " To conduct a feasibility study for the creation of a company for the manufacture of youth casual clothing line of unisex hoodies in the city of Loja, 2022", which provides quality hoodies, variety of colors, designs; and, in addition they are produced locally. Regarding specific objectives, a Market Study; a Technical Study; an Administrative and Legal Study; a Financial Study; and a Financial Evaluation were proposed. This is a descriptive type of research, therefore I used research methods, techniques and instruments for the collection, analysis and interpretation of the information. A survey was made to 400 young adults in the city of Loja in the range of 20 to 34 years of age. The results of this survey determined in the market study an unsatisfied demand of 89,260 hoodies. The technical study established the location, size, installed and utilized capacity, infrastructure, plant layout, and the respective process flowchart for making a hoodie. In the legal and administrative study, the organizational design was carried out, where it was determined that the company will be called "FOR US" and will be constituted as a Limited Liability Company, the different hierarchical levels were established with their respective function manuals, and it was determined that the project horizon will be 5 years from its creation. The financial study defined the fixed assets, current assets and working capital necessary for the implementation of the company, which was $ 20,912.48. The financial evaluation obtained a TMAR of 19.54%, a positive NPV of USD 33,154.48, an IRR of 79.46%, which is higher than the opportunity rate; the capital recovery period is 1 year, 10 months and 6 days; and the benefit- cost ratio is 0.15 cents for each dollar invested; the sensitivity analysis determined that the project can withstand a decrease in income of 5.95% and an increase in costs of 6.88%. This means that the project is viable for implementation.
