La familia y los hábitos de higiene en los niños y niñas del primer año de educación básica del centro educativo Juan Montalvo de la ciudad de Quito barrio Toctiuco periodo lectivo 2011-2012

This research is part of an analytical, descriptive and explanatory study: FAMILY AND HYGIENE HABITS IN FIRST YEAR BASIC EDUCATION CHILDREN "JUAN MONTALVO" SCHOOL QUITO TOCTIUCO NEIGHBORHOOD, PERIOD LECTIVO 2011-2012, it was structured and developed in accordance with the regulations of the Academic Board of the National University of Loja. The general objective was: To analyze family and Hygiene Habits in First-Year Basic Education Children "Juan Montalvo" School the Quito city. The methods used were: Scientist, Inductive, Deductive, Description, techniques and instruments that were parents Survey: Parents of children in the first year of basic education in the School "Juan Montalvo" School to determine whether family affects the development of hygiene and characterize the family, Observation form applied to children of: First Year of Basic Education School "Juan Montalvo" School to determine hygiene habits that have. After analyzing the survey and with reference to questions 9, 1 and 2 were reached the following results. 100% of Parent Respondents to the family if affects development of habits of hygiene , 46% family is structured by Mom, Dad and children , 34% Mama and children , 15% Uncles , grandparents ; and 5% Dad and sons ; and 35% indicate that they adequately fulfill roles that are educational role , emotional role 29% , 21% economic role ; and 15 % spiritual role . The analysis made from Observation was to determine that: 69% of boys and girls if they have observed Hygiene Habits; and 31% no.
