| Тойм: | This the thesis work entitled "PROJECT FEASIBILITY FOR THE CREATION OF A SMALL BUSINESS OF FAST FOOD PRODUCER OF PIGS AND MARKETING IN THE CITY OF Loja", was developed in order to implement a profitable business and in turn provide new sources working in our town. The results of the feasibility project starts with the analysis of the survey of a market segment determined by the application of a sample population of 214 855 inhabitants Loja where the number of people to be interviewed was 383 people. Later in the stage of discussion phases of the project feasibility starting with market research develops an analysis was performed important categories such as: real demand, corresponding to 214,855 inhabitants of the city of Loja, which polls 68.93% applied one consume products containing sausages which are equivalent to 148,100 persons constituting the actual demand, of which 82% said they would be willing to consume the product offered in this project (the Pigs) giving a result of 121 442 ; market supply is considered those similar products containing mainly sausages as a main ingredient, as in the case of hotdogs and hot dogs, allowing to define the product, place, price and promotion of pigs. Regarding the technical study the production process of the product offered, as well as those materials and equipment used in the project is explained, 5 location and percentage use of installed plant capacity is also shown, where it is considered to start with 50% of production, price setting and market penetration in the first year will be $ 1.00, for year 2 will increase to $ 1.10 and year 3 to $ 1.20; thereafter from year 5 the unit value would be $ 1.25. When considering the costs of equipment in fixed assets, current expenditure involving fixed and variable costs plus working capital, it was determined a budget of costs and expenses, as well as budget revenues resulting from planned sales.
