Detección y prevención de violencia sexual infantil: roles y funciones del personal docente y directivo en las escuelas municipales del cantón Loja.

The present Degree Project,entitled: Detection and prevention of child sexual violence: Roles and functions of the teaching and management staff in the municipal schools of Loja canton, the interest that leads the develop of this research is, because, throughout the country the percentage of situations of child sexual violence cases faced by children and adolescents is emerging, even more, in the educational environment, and this is due to ignorance of the protocols and routes of action against situations of violence detected or committed in the educational system, by the educational community (authorities, teachers, administrative staff, relatives, legal representative of the child), of the Municipal Schools. Children and adolescents are part of a high-priority group, therefore, the State must ensure the prevalence of their rights and safeguard their best interests In the current Degree Project, materials and methods allowed the development of the research applied, as well as interviews were also conducted to directors and surveys to teachers of the Municipal Schools of the Loja canton, results that served for the detection and prevention of possible situations of child sexual violence against children and adolescents. Likewise, it was possible to reach conclusions and recommendations on child sexual violence for the various govermental and legal institutions.
