As a result, the study proposes an interactive and adaptable teaching method that combines physical activity with theoretical learning about health, wellness, and skills. It incorporates gamification, virtual collaborative learning, and instant feedback to boost motivation, performance, and student evaluation. This innovative approach modernizes Physical Education, aligning it with current needs and promoting a dynamic and comprehensive educational experience. Keywords: digital technologies, teaching-learning, Physical Education, educational tools.El presente trabajo de investigación, titulado el uso de tecnologías digitales en la enseñanza-aprendizaje de educación física para estudiantes de bachillerato del sistema educativo nacional, se ha centrado en analizar la relación entre el uso de tecnologías digitales y el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la asignatura de Educación Física. El enfoque principal radica en evaluar cómo las tecnologías digitales pueden facilitar la participación, inclusión y didáctica en la educación física, y garantizar una formación académica integral tanto teórica como práctica. Además, el estudio busca diseñar estrategias metodológicas innovadoras que incorporen estas tecnologías para mejorar el desarrollo físico y el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, como muestra se tomó a 45 estudiantes de bachillerato y un docente del área de Educación Física, de la Unidad Educativa Lauro Guerrero Becerra, para su posterior evaluación. En la metodología se establece un tipo de investigación correlacional con un enfoque mixto, utilizando los métodos científicos, analítico-sintético, inductivo y deductivo para estructurar el estudio. Como instrumentos se tomó en cuenta la encuesta dirigida a los estudiantes para identificar la versatilidad de las tecnologías; también la entrevista, aplicada al docente para profundizar en la implementación de recursos digitales. Con ello se descubre que existe una conexión significativa entre el uso de tecnologías digitales y la mejora del proceso educativo en la asignatura de Educación Física, las herramientas tecnológicas pueden facilitar una enseñanza más participativa, inclusiva y dinámica, promoviendo un aprendizaje integral. Por lo tanto, se plantea una propuesta metodológica interactiva y adaptativa que integra actividad física y aprendizaje teórico sobre salud, bienestar y habilidades. Utiliza gamificación, aprendizaje colaborativo virtual y retroalimentación instantánea para mejorar la motivación, rendimiento y evaluación de los estudiantes. Esta alternativa innovadora transforma la enseñanza de la educación física, alineándose con las demandas actuales y potenciando un enfoque integral y dinámico en el ámbito educativo.
