The interpretative quality of this musical fragment is not only due to a perfect imitation of a highly ornamented melody, for behind the composition there are many elements to be considered which only aesthetic analysis can encompass for a historically informed interpretation. Therefore, the aim of the present work was to carry out the musical aesthetic analysis of the Aria Ah! Mio cor! by the composer George Frederich Haendel with the purpose of understanding in a better way what happens inside the work, to organise in an orderly way all the necessary information to appreciate in totality the work, since it allowed to investigate the origin, the ideology and what is perceived of it. Likewise, to propose the arrangement for string quintet and voice, taking great care not to decontextualize it. The search for the material consisted of the original score of the aria found in the book of ancient arias under the revision and transcription of Alessandro Parisotti. Once the work was analyzed, we proceeded to transcribe it with the support of Finale music notation software, and then proceeded to make the arrangement for string quintet and voice. It is concluded that the musical aesthetic analysis is a mechanism of valuable importance because in it the ideology will allow us to observe what is contained in the work, taking into account the thematic musical and reflective material written by the author. With the present contribution, it is expected that teachers, students and amateurs of lyrical singing will be interested in undertaking within the world of musical arrangements with 5 the aim of writing arrangements that allow to offer a better protagonism with respect to the instrumental accompaniment and at the same time a dissimilar interpretation in the world of singing.
