| Резюме: | The purpose of this study was to conduct an investigation, as comprehensive as possible, the causes that lead to the natural attractions of Pindal Canton improperly positioned touristic ally level Loja province and the country. What cause the low influx of tourists to this place. The project "Proposal of a marketing plan for the natural attractions of the canton Pindal province of Loja" general objective: Develop a marketing plan for the natural, thus contributing to the tourism and economic development of the canton Pindal, to that plan was made as an alternative that allows one hand generate jobs to improve the quality of life of residents and on the other help to conserve natural resources and position as a tourist potential and Canton province. This work was developed in the Canton Pindal also were raised and met three specific objectives: the first objective conduct an assessment of the actual situation of the natural attractions of the canton Pindal.; The second, to propose a marketing plan for the natural attractions of the canton Pindal that allows positioning them as a tourist destination.; and finally the third objective, Socialize the marketing plan to the authorities of the Canton Municipal Pindal GAD. To fulfill the first objective descriptive, analytical and deductive methods are used, used to collect general data for making the diagnosis. These data once analyzed, studied and synthesized allowed the inventory of tourist attractions, tour silver, political, technological and socio-cultural Pindal. With the application of the matrix SWOT and based on these results diagnosis, we proceeded to make the proposed marketing plan for the natural attractions of the canton Pindal to mitigate issues and adversary situations that do not allow growth and development tourism in the county, bringing out its potential as a tourist destination. The plan is based mainly on three strategies are: The development of an advertising and promotion plan to convert and Pindal position as a canton with a wide range of natural, cultural and gastronomic tourism resources cannot fail to visit and enjoy, becoming a leading tourist destination in the province Loja. Second, a training develop a plan to improve the care of providers of tourist services and products to optimize the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors of people in their jobs, especially through a structured process with clear goals and structured. Third, the implementation of a Tourist Information Center, and its main objective is to offer a service of complete, professional advice and links with tourism providers and people in general can associate tourism 5 services, offering the provision and sale of services and more precise targeting of tourists in the environment through interpretive signage on the destination to increase tourist visits to Pindal Canton, professionalizing the tourist trade in the canton. Finally, for the fulfillment of the ultimate goal, socialization of the marketing plan, through a call for the presence of the cantonal authorities, citizens and stakeholders requested more. The main objective of socialization to inform apart, was conceived suggestions, ideas and comments that contributed to the improvement of the plan, he also took the opportunity to promote their implementation. This research with the respective conclusions and recommendations are finalized , basically recommended to the authorities of GADM Pindal , management plans and projects that benefit the canton with the promotion, distribution and marketing of their destinations , products, services , to higher authorities as the government and ministry of tourism, as it is the right time to raise the seat Pindal time it deserves , in its small variety of flora and fauna come together ; and their optimal climatic conditions for tourism, its peculiar gastronomic wealth , customs and crafts heritage , are the reasons why you should consider and implement this project as it will help position the canton for tourism , and therefore will be achieved improve the quality of life and economic activity of its inhabitants. |
