On the other hand the uncertainty arising from the rapid changes in the field of economic, social, political, technological and environmental; make that managers support in effective tools such as the strategic plan. By such circumstances this thesis general objective: "CARRY OUT A STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE TRANS URBACAT S.A. BUSES COMPANY FROM TWOUN CATAMAYO, PROVINCE LOJA”, this possibility the increase of the participation in the local market, in addition of this work has been the specific objectives as: “Carry out a diagnostic for know it the actually situation of the company” "A diagnosis of the current situation both external and internal that have influence of the company"; "Make analysis of information with the help of matrixes and and propose a Strategic Plan. For the achievement of the objectives used different methods, techniques and instruments for collecting information which served for the preparation of the thesis. Among the methods applied have: the method of deductive e inductive; who guided us to follow a logical process in our study. As well as also used different techniques to collect information, such as direct observation, the interview with the Manager of the company and the surveys applied to 20 employees and a sample of 379 clients; who with 5 their responses allowed to detect the internal and external problems facing the company. In the Situational diagnosis of the company discussed the external aspects of the environment and the internal aspects, in order to establish the current status of the company is. For then formulate the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats, for the design of the matrix SWOT, which consented to determine the results of the strategic objectives with their respective budgets and responsible. Among the strategic objectives proposed are: "to establish the business philosophy that includes the mission, vision, principles and values with this must do a good work, Improve the administrative activities of TRANS URBACAT whit the main reason improve the customer service, "Motivate and encourage employees, and thus performance is effective and efficient in their daily work. The total budget for the implementation of these objectives amounts to $1715, value that will be financed by the company in its entirety. Finally there is concerning the conclusions and recommendations that are the result of our study, which will serve as a great contribution to the company to put it into practice

Por otro lado la incertidumbre que generan los cambios vertiginosos en el campo económico, social, político, tecnológico y ambiental; hacen que los gerentes se apoyen en herramientas eficaces como el plan estratégico. Por tales circunstancias la presente tesis tiene como objetivo general: “REALIZAR UN PLAN ESTRATÉGICO PARA LA COMPAÑÍA DE BUSES TRANS URBACAT S.A. DEL CANTÓN CATAMAYO, PROVINCIA DE LOJA”, de tal manera que posibilite el incremento de su participación dentro del mercado local Para el desarrollo de este trabajo se ha planteado los objetivos específicos como: “Realizar un diagnóstico para conocer la situación actual de la compañía. Realizar un análisis de los factores internos y externos que influyen en la compañía, Ejecutar un análisis de la información mediante la utilización y aplicación de matrices y Diseñar la propuesta de un plan estratégico.”. Para el logro de los objetivos se utilizó diferentes métodos, técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de información que nos sirvieron para la elaboración de la tesis. Entre los métodos que se aplicó tenemos: el método deductivo e inductivo; quienes nos guiaron para seguir un proceso lógico en nuestro estudio. Así como también se utilizó diferentes técnicas para recolectar información, como la observación directa, la entrevista 3 realizada a la Gerente de la empresa y las encuestas aplicadas a los 20 socios y a una muestra de 379 clientes; quienes con sus respuestas permitieron detectar los problemas internos y externos que enfrenta la empresa. En los resultados se realizó el diagnóstico situacional de la empresa los aspectos externos del entorno como los aspectos internos, con el fin de establecer la situación actual de cómo se encuentra la empresa. resultados de los objetivos estratégicos con sus respectivos presupuestos y responsables. Entre los objetivos estratégicos que se proponen tenemos: “Elaborar la filosofía empresarial que incluya la misión, visión, principios y valores ; y así comprometerlos para que realicen un trabajo adecuado” ;Mejorar las actividades administrativas de la compañía de TRANS URBACAT a través de la implementación de una estructura orgánica funcional ”; “Elaborar un plan de capacitación para los empleados de la empresa “TRANS URBACAT”, con el fin de mejorar la atención al cliente”; “Motivar e incentivar a los empleados, y así su rendimiento sea eficiente y eficaz en sus labores diarios. El presupuesto total para la ejecución de estos objetivos asciende a $1715 dólares, valor que en su totalidad será financiado por la empresa.
