Voeg label toe | Samenvatting: | This research is carried out to generate a socio-territorial analysis of the nightclub businesses, located in the “Zona Rosa” neighborhood, they are not regulated through the granting of land use, where technically it is available for this type of business, because it is considered residential, that is the reason why it will be determined what type of permission must be gotten, to begin this kind of business activities, which were created in the post- pandemic period of COVID 19, the economic crisis and the strikes generated at the national territory, being these businesses lucrative, which has affected the mentioned neighborhood. The research work was carried out to notify the neighborhood inhabitants about the accomplishment of the Development Plan regulation, Territorial Planning, the Land Use and Management Plan of the canton Salcedo because the neighborhood is residential, however, Over time, nightclub businesses have been implemented without any permissions, generating insecurity, It is necessary to consider that this ordinance was created to regulate and get the land use permission, to maintain sustainable and reasonable development. To determine the problem with the presence of this kind of businesses, a survey was carried out among the residents of the neighborhood, to determine the real problems, this zone's inhabitants have expressed that there is an increase in these businesses being a social concern. The results have determined that there are nightclubs businesses in the neighborhood, that do not have any corresponding permission, disregarding current regulations; Crimes such as robberies, assaults, and even deaths have also been determined. To sum up, the presence of nightclubs has generated insecurity and harm to society, without the authorities being able to control the increase in this kind of business. Suggesting control and accomplishment with the current regulation for these types of businesses. |
