要約:The National University of Loja Carrera through Clinical Laboratory has proposed to establish reference data of various haematological parameters in our case with the main objective to have reference values Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin in the adult female population of the National University Loja in order to contribute to accurate diagnosis of diseases in the context of socioeconomic and environmental conditions prevalent. Considering that there are few systematic studies of clinical analysis parameters, this makes it difficult to make a comparison with normal standards of the region and it is now the values with which the doctor makes a comparison, taken from studies in other countries with geographic, economic, cultural, environmental and race other than our sum of fundamental importance to have standardized procedures, a database and reference values for Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin analysis. This descriptive study was carried out on the teaching, administrative and female university students aged 20 to 50 during the academic year 2010-2011, the sample was calculated in the EPI-INFO 3.5.1, giving a total of 315 patients the value obtained was identified in percentage the number of women is 175 in which the evidence was based on criteria of inclusion and exclusion, producing results, primarily the reference values Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin in the female adult population are 24.7 to 30.7 pg., which is fed to the database, and then proceeded to disseminate the findings to the university community and health workers. Note that the database was obtained according to international standards and thus are the true, reliable and applicable only to this city.
