總結:Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.) has gained increasing interest worldwide for its high nutritional value and ability to adapt to different agroecological zones. Yield is affected by multiple factors genotype, environment and agronomic management, diagnostic tools for nitrogen deficiency in plants can be based on the concept of critical nitrogen dilution curve described by the plant, it is important to optimize the management of nitrogen fertilization to increase yield and minimize the effects of excess fertilizer, in quinoa has not been determined. The objective of this research is to determine the critical nitrogen dilution curve for a quinoa genotype under agroclimatic conditions of Loja. Three replicates of each treatment (0, 50, 100, 200 and 300 kg N ha-1) were applied in two stages; the first received 10 kg N ha-1 at the four to six leaves stage (BBCH14-16), the second with the rest of N at the lateral bud stage (BBCH20) except for control. The N200 treatment influenced yield by 4,988 kg ha-1, the optimum N dose was 90 kg N ha-1 with a yield of 4.5 t ha-1. Keywords: Quinoa, nitrogen nutrition index, nitrogen dilution curve, agronomic efficiency for yield, nitrogen accumulation in plants.
