Técnica radiológica para el estudio de escafoides de miembro superior.

Currently X-ray, is often used as an adjunct to medical examination to clearly visualize and determine the location of a structure observed for detailed diagnosis. The research was conducted in the Julius Hospital Dophner province of Zamora, in order to determine the level of knowledge of the radiological technique for the study of upper limb scaphoid; information was collected by conducting a survey of medical technologists working in the image department, prior informed consent of the authorities of the institution under study by the qualitative method. The aforementioned observation sheet was raised with specific questions for the purpose of verification of the objectives; developing statistical tables of these imaging studies. In analyzing the results, it is evident that 70% have knowledge about radiological technique scaphoid Upper Limb and 30% have no knowledge. It is considered by the medical technologists who work in the department of image Dophner Julius Hospital, 70% if they make a proper reading of radiological order required by the physician before the exam and 30% do not realize it. Therefore this research is carried out for proper imaging technique of the scaphoid bone of the upper limb and in turn will develop a protocol for medical diagnosis and avoid unnecessary radiation to patients who come to hospitals.
