| Sumari: | Research related to the theme-methodological techniques for improving school performance in children with different abilities of community development program strategies "walk together" Victor Emilio Valdivieso district, county and province of Loja, during the school year from 2013 to 2014. Propositional Guidelines. To which worked with the following overall objective: Determine the different techniques methodological strategies to improve the school performance of children, the same as I helped clarify the importance of using methodological techniques strategies in the learning development children; likewise worked with methods and techniques that were applied to teachers and students respectively. In each of the processes followed, the development of them allowed me to arrive at the systematization and analysis of results. In the research process were involved 12 teachers and 50 students. After processing the information, it was established as the main conclusion that teachers are aware of the importance of technical methodological strategies within the educational establishment, which has helped the child to partake of education, despite the limitations of the institutional curriculum ; meanwhile, students, teachers need to encourage self-knowledge to help them develop a mature personality in its many forms and facets that integrate and collaborate in the growth of the society in which they live. Finally coordinators to help personalize the educational relationship, building trust between students and teachers in addressing potential difficulties, and channeling the appropriate attention and response to the interests and needs of students recommended program; likewise collaborate in achieving a better work environment, discipline and punctuality in the group, which will result in the entire educational community, based on the implementation of strategies, techniques that strengthen the empowerment of meaningful knowledge. |
