El proceso administrativo de la empresa licores guanchicoco del cantón el Carmen-provincia de Manabí

The objective of this research work is "To design the administrative process that allows the fulfillment of the objectives established in the company Licores Guanchicoco of the canton El Carmen, establishing an administrative model that generates efficiency and effectiveness in the processes, in order to achieve a sustainable development of the company" and for its development the following specific objectives were proposed: "Perform an internal and external diagnosis of the company Licores Guanchicoco, in order to identify the factors that affect the development and performance of its activities, through, a SWOT analysis"; "Perform the planning process of the company Licores Guanchicoco, through the mission, vision, values, objectives and strategies, which allow improving the performance of each of the administrative areas"; "To design and document the organizational process of the company, through the structures, function manuals, procedures that are developed in the functional areas of the company Licores Guanchicoco"; "To establish the processes of communication, motivation and leadership in the company and "To propose strategies of follow-up and control that allow an effective evaluation of the development of the administrative management model of the company". The methodology used in the research is located in the descriptive level and for the achievement of the objectives we worked with the method of collection, organization, presentation and analysis of the information, related to the administrative process for the company Licores Guanchicoco. For the collection of information, the interview technique was applied to the company's manager and the survey to the company's workers and distributors. The results showed that in the analysis of external factors it has a weighted weight of 2.50, which indicates that the organization's strategies make it possible to effectively take advantage of existing opportunities and minimize the potential adverse effect of external threats and in As for 19 its internal analysis, it shows that it has a weight of 2.45, this indicates that the company is below the established standard level, that is, that the company is internally weak, so it is recommended that it be taken into account for the application and immediate solution to comply with the established weighted average; It was also found that it does not have the established philosophical basis, it does not have an adequate organizational structure, it does not have administrative manuals for each job and activities carried out by the company, it does not have a training and motivation plan for the staff. and there were deficiencies in the control of the activities carried out. Therefore, it is concluded that the company Licores Guanchicoco does not have a previously established administrative process, in view of this, it is proposed to carry out the process for it and it is recommended that the company take into consideration the proposal made based on the research and that it serves as a reference point for its subsequent implementation of the administrative process of the company Licores Guanchicoco of the canton of El Carmen.
