| Zusammenfassung: | This thesis work was developed in a context that allows to interpret the reality of the people who suffer of a terminal disease and the cultural phenomena partner, who arises from the interaction between the healthy and ill individuals. The investigation has looked for to change the form to die without pain, to people who suffer of a terminal disease, thus favoring to the patient with the application of eutanasia. The proposal is constructed to start off of a theoretical frame, that it equips to him with explanatory capacities, to traverse of the deep study of international, right legislations acquired, the treatment of the patient within the centers of palliative cares. Within this work carry out a descriptive investigation, using a methodology of scientific questions; theoretical as the inductive, deductive, comparative, Exegetical, historical methods, analytic and synthetic, within applied techniques are: the interview and survey, using tables, diagrams that represent and display the results, which also includes the conclusions and recommendations. Finally describes the application of the research proposal consisting of: proactive frame, title of the proposal, justification, justification, objectives, and the proposal to include euthanasia as a legal standard in the Ecuadorian criminal code and the organic law of health, where they will be people with diseases that have no cure and that by reason of these produce suffering and excruciating pain, the opportunity of having a death without pain. |
