For the process of administering vaccines, you should consider a set of rules and techniques for the vaccine act has the expected success in patients without risk. The target of this study was to analyze and share the results of vaccine delivery technique, applied by nursing professionals to under five in sub-centers Limon(Julius Doepfner Hospital), Ministry Timbara and Cumbaratza Zamora Canton Public Health, pertaining to Health District 19D01 Yacuambi-Zamora. This research work is the same as deductive possible to evaluate the nursing staff responsible for administering vaccines to children / under five years. The results determined that the technique of administering vaccines in children under five years used by nurses in the Canton Sub centers Zamora, mostly incorrect. Finally a manual for nurses of Sub centers investigated the Canton Zamora, containing the steps in the administration of vaccines, in order that these are properly implemented was developed.
