description | The features of Google Classroom are a set of commands that have been programmed to carry out a specific task, which is responsible for performing all the necessary steps to perform an activity in an orderly manner with the purpose of providing ease of use to the program, where, it is necessary to know them to make a correct use in the teaching practice for the current technological society. The following research defines the features of Google Classroom used by teachers from Punto de Partida private primary school during the school year 2021-2022. Moreover, based on previous studies by the authors Bacuilima et al. (2020) and the author González (2021). The methodology applied is based on the deductive method, with a quantitative approach and exploratory/descriptive type of research, applying a virtual questionnaire in Google Forms with response options on the Likert scale, structured based on the Google Classroom Manual of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (2021), which consists of the dimensions of Design and recognition of sections and Adding content to the class, where there are sections that have a total of twenty-five distributed features. The results revealed that 67% of the teachers always use all the features, while the 19% occasionally use all of them, which, it can be concluded that the teachers of the specific population use all the functions of Google Classroom in their professional practice. However, it is recommended to the authority of the educational institution, to manage continuous training to keep teachers aware of the updates that are made in the application. Las funcionalidades de Google Classroom son un conjunto de órdenes que han sido programadas para llevar a cabo una tarea específica, la misma que se encarga de efectuar todos los pasos necesarios para realizar una actividad de manera ordenada con el propósito de otorgar facilidad de uso al programa, donde, es necesario conocerlos para efectuar una correcta utilización en la práctica docente para la sociedad tecnológica actual. La presente investigación define las funcionalidades de Google Classroom que utilizan los docentes pertenecientes de la Escuela de Educación Básica Particular Punto de Partida durante el año lectivo 2021-2022, tomando como base los estudios previos de los autores Bacuilima et al. (2020) y la autora González (2021). La metodología aplicada parte del método deductivo, con enfoque cuantitativo y tipo de investigación exploratoria/descriptiva, aplicando un cuestionario virtual en Google Formularios con opciones de respuesta en la escala de Likert, estructurado con base al Manual de Google Classroom de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (2021) que consta de las dimensiones de Diseño y reconocimiento de secciones y Agregar contenido a la clase, donde se encuentran apartados que tienen distribuidos un total de veinte y cinco funcionalidades. Los resultados revelaron que el 67% de los docentes utilizan siempre todas las funcionalidades y un 19% ocasionalmente emplean a todas las funcionalidades de Google Classroom, el cual, se puede concluir que los docentes de la población específica utilizan todas las funcionalidades de Google Classroom en su práctica profesional. Sin embargo, se recomienda a la autoridad de la Institución Educativa que se gestionen capacitaciones continuas para mantener a los docentes al tanto de las actualizaciones que se efectúen en la aplicación.
