Políticas de Inclusión Deportiva Juvenil en la parroquia San Pedro de Vilcabamba

The present research entitled "Youth Sports Inclusion Policies in the parish of San Pedro de Vilcabamba" was developed according to the research-action methodology, which through introspective inquiry in sports scenarios verified the type of practices and rationalities between athletes and the local community, in an environment limited by the conditions in which it is currently lived with the presence of the COVID19 pandemic and its variants. This work is related to the guidelines of the Public Administration career and its structure responds to the provisions of the Regulations of Academic Regime of the National University of Loja. Public policies are an instrument of dialogue between the government and society, these are generally interpretations of the rulers on the needs of the people, with which they generate actions aimed at satisfying or solving problems. This document noted the lack of an effective connection between the various agencies involved in the sports sector, since they do not have the level of knowledge, in the organizational aspect, deficiency in the determination of roles and responsibilities, lack of sources of financing for the support of athletes and the absence of programs and projects that guarantee the permanence of athletes in their permanent sports activities.
