| Shrnutí: | Actually the transportation cooperative try to reach easily and quickly to their customers, as there is great competition in this field, that is why, It’s important to consider some aspects of equipment and renovation of buses in order to improve service, also It’s very important the management of information and service is available to users, relying on the facility provides accessibility technology today. Based on the above described, the main objective of this titling work, is develop a web software As a communication service to mobile devices, for the control and ticketing reservation in transportation, in order to provide a viable alternative for solution to the problems facing by the company, in the managing of information as ticket booking and the services that the company offered are available to people quickly. The proposed solution consists of two applications: a web system aimed at the part of the administrator and the client, allowing users to retrieve data from the carrier, routes data available in the company, their respective destinations and schedules, buses and their corresponding tickets, customer management and booking of tickets. The web system was developed using the Java programming language and MySQL database. The mobile application is directed to the customer for ticket booking and was developed natively for android devices. To make the process of agile development methodology (Extreme programming XP) which allows it to tackle projects with changing requirements while maintaining quality in the result applies. The information used to carry out the identification of requirements was obtained from the processes that take place within the cooperative transport Catamayo Express, for further analysis and development. After identifying requirements of software designs is done with the clear purpose of having the functionality of the system and proceed with the development of the system. Finally for the implementation of the Web application servlet container tomcat was installed on a server in the cloud, where the system is deployed. The mobile application is available in the google store. For system validation and functional tests were conducted using the cargo and SOAPUI JMeter tools, test accessibility through the page examinator.ws web accessibility evaluation and acceptance tests, which were performed by users. |
