| Shrnutí: | Nowadays, human talent has become the fundamental pillar for the development of both public entities and private companies; This is why it is necessary for organizations to implement strategies that allow staff to achieve job satisfaction. The general objective of the research was to analyze and determine the indices of job satisfaction of the human talent of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the canton Calvas; During the execution of the work, the inductive, deductive, historical, analytical and descriptive method was used; And as techniques interview the Mayor and head of the Human Talent Unit; While, the survey of 174 Workers and 86 Public Servants. The study indicates that factors with high levels of compliance are conditions of work, pay, participation and organization, ranging from 80% to 93%; As a medium level information and communication, training, management styles and work environment are mentioned between 60% and 78%; As negative factors the performance evaluation with 0% and 25%; And work environment and equal opportunities between 47% and 55%. Conclusions and recommendations were determined, which will serve as a tool to detect and assess the level of job satisfaction of human talent, and to find alternatives that facilitate management approaches to increase the quality of life of employees and thus maximize productivity levels. |
