Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de un centro turístico en la ciudad de Zapotillo.

Finally we present the conclusions and recommendations by analyzing the entire investment project such as: market research analysis, the service will offer this facility, there is unmet demand, capacity and used, etc. financial evaluation criteria. Regarding recommendations are: the Ministry of Tourism promotes the creation of such centers through training programs for prospective investors, financial institutions agility loans with low interest rates, the National University of Loja serve as the body of link to formulate institutional arrangements for the establishment of such resorts in different corners of our city, and finally that this project will serve as a liaison for knowledge to new generations.
