| Riassunto: | Exam anxiety is a problem that the student experiences in their school life, causing fear and difficulty to adequately demonstrate their abilities, that is why, in this thesis entitled: EMOTIONAL EDUCATION GUIDE TO PREVENT ANXIETY BEFORE EXAMS IN THE SIXTH YEAR STUDENTS OF PARALLEL BASIC EDUCATION A, OF THE MANUEL CABRERA LOZANO EDUCATIONAL UNIT, 2019-2020; The general objective was to: Implement the emotional education guide to prevent test anxiety in students in the sixth year of parallel basic education “A”. It was a descriptive, cross-sectional study, quasi-experimental design; the methods used were: scientific, deductive-inductive, analytical-synthetic, the test anxiety questionnaire (CAEX) was used as a psychological instrument. The sample under study corresponds to 17 students from 10 to 13 years old. The results found PRE-TEST in the first factor concern 12% indicated a high level, 29% showed a medium level and 59% had a low level, likewise the second factor physiological reactions 6% indicated a high level, 35% showed a medium level and 59% presented a low level, in such a way there is the third factor situations 12% indicated a high level, 35% showed a medium level and 53% presented a low level, and for At the end of the last avoidance factor, 24% showed a medium level and 76% had a low level, after applying the emotional education guide, it was verified in the POS-TEST that said levels decreased in the first concern factor, it was reduced 6% showed a medium level and 94% presented a low level, in the second factor physiological reactions it is observed that 100% presented a low level, likewise in the third factor situations 6% showed a high level, 94 % presented a low level and to finish the last factor e Vitación presented 100% a low level, validating the effectiveness of the emotional education guide to prevent anxiety before the exams through the Pearson's linear correlation coefficient (r), reaching values between r = 0.57 ar = 0.71 which means a medium and considerable positive correlation, so it is concluded that the results of this research indicate that the guide to emotional education managed to prevent test anxiety, so its application to the student emotional well-being is recommended to the educational institution. |
