| Итог: | The present research work called the participation of women and their influence on the social development of the Sacapo neighborhood of the parish of San Pedro de Vilcabamba in the Loja canton and the intervention of the social worker shows the results obtained in the research carried out, where the objectives set, both general and specific, are met, allowing theoretically to base the different categories of analysis in relation to the object of study, such as determining the factors that limit the participation of women in the social development of the Sacapo neighborhood , as well as Identifying the effects of the low participation of women in social development, which will allow the elaboration of a proposal to strengthen the community participation of women in the Sacapo neighborhood. The results obtained in the investigation show that the main factor limiting the participation of women in the Sacapo neighborhood are for family reasons since most of the women have husbands, children to attend so they do not have enough time In order to participate in the meetings, in addition they have to take care of the agricultural work, to this is added the precarious education which provokes a number of insecurities and low self-esteem, which leads to women not feeling capases. and sure to offer suggestions or their points of view, preferring to remain silent or not attend meetings. The methodology used in the research was guided by the Scientific Method, as well as by the Hermeneutic-Ethnographic Method, Synthetic Analytical Method, which allowed to maintain a direct contact with the residents of the neighborhood, who constitute themselves as agents of change. The techniques used were the observation, survey and structured interview the surveys were applied to a total of 148 female residents and to the members of the neighborhood board which is made up of 8 people, this survey was made up of closed option 11 and multiple choice questions; by using the observation form it allowed me to keep a record in an orderly and clear way for further analysis. Finally, it is considered pertinent and necessary to present a proposal for social intervention that helps to promote the participation of women, as well as decision-making, in addition to strengthening the relations between the members of the board and the community in general so that can work in a better way. |
