Knowing that currently accounting is essential in the live daily from businesses large or small due to their importance when making decisions to optimize your investments and get as useful as possible and thus achieve stay in the marketEl presente trabajo de grado intitulado “IMPLANTACION DE CONTABILIDAD COMERCIAL EN “IMPORLOJA”, DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA, PERIODO JUNIO-AGOSTO DEL 2014”, se desarrolló conforme lo exige el Reglamento de RégimenAcadémico de la Universidad Nacional de Loja, para dar cumplimiento al requisito previo a optar el título de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría. Con la aplicación de la contabilidad se dio cumplimiento a los objetivos, iniciando con el diseño del plan y manual de cuentas acorde a las actividades y necesidades del comercial, seguidamente se elaboró el Inventario Inicial con los valores de los bienes y obligaciones que se encontraron al inicio del ejercicio económico; posteriormente se verificó la documentación fuente para realizar el memorándum de operaciones y proceder a jornalizar en el libro Diario en forma ordenada, Libro Mayor en el que se presenta los diferentes registros de las cuentas contables para seguir con el Balance de Comprobación, Hoja de Trabajo y finalmente presentar los Estados Financieros como: Estado de Resultados, Estado de Situación Financiera y Estado de Flujo del Efectivo, registros auxiliares para el control de sus operaciones comerciales como: Diario de ventas, Diario de Compras, Rol de Pagos.
