Universe studied 66 people who represent 100%, identified that 41 (62%) correspond to the masculine gender while 25 (38%) correspond to the female gender, moreover, it was observed that 2 people (3%) had weight low for age, they are masculine gender, which could be reached to determine that they had a poor diet; the food consumed most frequently between the studied population are, rice, barley, wheat, Apple, Orange, pear, grape, alfalfa, lentils, beans, peas, milk, yogurt, cheese, cheese, beef, pork, fish, eggs. This being the main focus to the mentioned problem, must be trained to indicate the importance of a proper nutrition for physical and intellectual development of children.
