| الملخص: | The little importance that is given to Emotional Intelligence is a problem that affects the integral development of infants, which is why the thesis arises: EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE FOR SOCIOAFECTIVE DEVELOPMENT IN CHILDREN FROM 4 TO 5 YEARS OF THE JOSÉ SCHOOL ENGINEERS OF THE CITY OF LOJA, PERIOD 2018-2019; having as a general objective to determine how emotional intelligence affects the socio-affective development in children from 4 to 5 years of the José Ingenieros school of the city of Loja, period 2018-2019. The methods used in the present investigation were: scientific, descriptive, inductive, deductive, analytical-synthetic and statistical, to obtain the information the Ebee León Gross test was used to parents to determine the socio-affective development of their children, and an observation sheet applied to children; The alternative proposal was based on activities based on the theory of Daniel Goleman on Emotional Intelligence, which were applied in 2 months with weekly interventions, 4 hours, the results of the research process showed that both positive and negative items improved of 60%, concluding that the molding during the first years of life emotional intelligence favors socio-affective development, therefore, the use of the alternative proposal is recommended in order to support the progress of infants. |
