Sumario:The present research is aimed to know "The application of the theoretical framework , methodological of the curriculum reform in effect and its impact on the comprehensive training on students ' arises from the need to provide an answer to the theoretical limitations - methodological that teachers present, a system of generalized know that scientifically explains reality with a complex internal structure consisting of categories, principles and laws to interpret its essence , for the improvement of the classes. The research object is given by the theoretical framework – methodological of the curriculum reform as a learning process. The objective is aimed to know the curricular reform in effect, and verify its impact in the overall education of students at the Escuela Fiscal Mixta Febres Cordero. The approach of the hypothesis was integral, appropriate methods and techniques were used, the conclusion is that the current curriculum reform positively affects the overall education of students.
