| Sumari: | Adolescent pregnancy is considered a social and health problem that, despite the efforts made, it has not been solved; there are several causal and derived factors that have an impact on the aggravation of this problem, a situation that, among other things, affects the mother-child bone, which in the medium or long term has psychosocial repercussions on the child and adult. Therefore, the present research work was carried out through a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, of a descriptive-correlational type; the sample was composed by140 participants, made up of 70 mothers to whom the Mother-Child Relationship Attitude Scale and a semi-structured interview were applied to identify the type of maternal attitude and relational factors to the maternal bond; and 70 children to whom the Argentinean Attachment Style Classification. Questionnaire for the latency age was applied. Regarding to the results, it was found that maternal attitudes of overprotection, overindulgence and rejection, associated with dysfunctional maternal infant bonding, were predominant; there is a presence of stress, sadness, worry, fear, frustration, shame and regret in the mothers; in the children anxious-avoidant attachment prevails, product of the quality of emotional expression received from their mothers in the period of gestation and upbringing; there is a significant relationship between the type of bond and the attachment style. Based on the results, a promotion plan was designed in primary care aimed at pregnant adolescent mothers to provide them with the necessary tools to establish a good emotional bond with their child |
