FORTALECIMIENTO TURÍSTICO AL PLAN DE DESARROLLO Y ORDENAMIENTO TERRITORIAL PARA LA PARROQUIA SAN PEDRO DE VILCABAMBA, CANTÓN LOJA, PROVINCIA DE LOJA

At a global level, tourism trends are becoming more and more demanding, taking into account that responsible tourism has become a tool to fight against poverty and the driver of economic growth for the development and welfare of developing countries. development, for which it is essential to make a tourism plan that is vitally important to ensure proper dynamization of tourism destinations and territorial development based on sustainable criteria that maximize positive effects of each action. Ecuador is one of the countries with great diversity, both natural and cultural, which aims to boost the economy and progress of the peoples and communities that can be achieved together with academic contributions from local universities. Likewise, the parish of San Pedro de Vilcabamba, possesses several natural and cultural attractions, is surrounded by mountains and hills, bathed by the Uchima River. Under this background, the importance of developing the titling work called "tourism strengthening of the development plan and territorial order for the parish of San Pedro de Vilcabamba, Loja canton, Loja province" is born. In order to comply with the present investigation, the following objectives are proposed, a specific objective: To strengthen the Territorial Development and Planning Plan of the parish of San Pedro de Vilcabamba, of the Loja Canton, province of Loja; and three specific objectives: 1) "To carry out the diagnosis of the tourism component of the San Pedro de Vilcabamba parish, of the Loja canton, Loja Province". which, through direct observation, the analytical and synthetic methods, which allowed us through the methodology of Carla Ricaurte, to determine the current situation of the parish its attractions and infrastructure, also through a participatory methodology to prioritize the existing attractions in it to establish proposals and possible strategies. As well as through the same participatory workshop know the internal and external factors that benefit and harm the development of tourism. 2) "Prepare a Tourism Development proposal for the parish of San Pedro de Vilcabamba, Loja, Loja Province". through a participatory methodology. It was developed through a participatory methodology where members of the GAD and community involved in tourism participated to know the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats that the parish has in order to elaborate the proposals that benefit the parish. Also with the help of the card to highlight the main tourist attractions and taking advantage of each of them that owns the parish, there was also a participatory workshop where each strategic objective was socialized with different aspects to be considered, with the aim that attendees select a proposal of each objective, for later on the same establish strategies. 3) "Propose strategies for the application of the proposed proposal for the tourist development of the San Pedro de Vilcabamba parish, of the Loja canton, Province of Loja. Based on a second meeting with those involved in the tourism activity, the strategies to be developed to publicize the tourism product through training, agro-tourism fairs, tourist route and a tourism office were established. Finally, the recommendations of the present investigation are directed to the authorities of the parochial GAD, so that they develop a billboard and agreements with the cantonal GAD for the improvement of the roads, for it to awaken the interest of future visitors and to take possession of the parish touristy.
