El surrealismo onírico – metafísico para la representación pictórica de relatos de la ciudad de Loja

The present research project called “THE ONIRICAL - METAPHYSICAL SURREALISM FOR THE PICTORIAL REPRESENTATION OF STORIES OF THE CITY OF LOJA”, proposes an analysis of the surrealist current to make a plastic proposal based on certain legends or common anecdotes of the city of Loja, taken as representative motive for the creation of the pictorial proposal. For the realization of this was used the deductive - inductive method which allowed starting from general premises to particular ones to achieve a greater knowledge of surrealism, its artistic and aesthetic foundations to late execute the project linked to the known stories in the city of Loja. Observation forms were used to gather data for the analysis of an artwork of referring artists, stories and photographs, this information was systematized and re contextualized to make sketches, with the purpose of creating the Surrealist pictorial work in a harmonic way, sustaining the theoretical - practical work. Each of the pictorical works represent a story of which the iconography was studied to incorporate in the lienso, these stories, characters and objects are integrated in the unformed space, being captured in the surrealist, dreamlike and metaphysical tendency.
