Valoración de hemoglobina, hematocrito y hierro sérico en mujeres gestantes que acuden al centro de salud No 3 en el periodo abril - septiembre 2013.

The first floor levels of Hematocrito, Hemoglobin and Iron Sérico, in the human beings is an outstanding nutritional problem, and the main cause is the anemia. The anemia is one of the opposing more frequent complications during the pregnancy, it is a problem of public health at world level, it is presented with more frequency in the infantile population, and in women gestantes, it is characterized by the drop quantity of hematocrito and hemoglobin, as well as the level of iron diminished sérico. In the underdeveloped countries a high index of anemia exists in gestantes due to its customs, to the lifestyle, and to the medical care lack that you/they have during the first months of pregnancy. For these reasons, their diagnosis and active and passive epidemic surveillance they are of great importance, especially for the formulation of interventions on their causes and the prevention of the development of their effects. From this perspective the present investigation work has thought about the objectives, to value the hematocrito levels, hemoglobin and iron sérico in pregnant women that Nº3 of the city of Loja goes to the Center of Health The present work is of descriptive, traverse type, like sample was obtained 62 women that accepted to be part of the study, and that they were inside the inclusion approaches, he/she was carried out the following tests: Hematocrito, Hemoglobin and Iron Sérico, with analytic procedures with the help of teams like it centrifuges it and the espectofotómetro, besides the bibliographical material with respect to the topic. The results obtained investigative work presently were values that were outside of the normal considered range, having this way Hematocrito (34 to 36%.) diminished 6.4% Hemoglobin (10 to 11g/dl) diminished 6.4% and Iron diminished Sérico(26 to 36 μg/dl)6.4%, that which indicates us that of 100% of analyzed samples 6.4% of the women gestantes presented anemia.
