| Riassunto: | Loja is one of the destinations with the most richness, culture, and tradition; within its attractions is Jipiro’s Recreational Park (JRP), distinguished as the first theme park in the country. It has elements of great interest and offers different activities; at the same time, it presents high obstacles to the development of accessible tourism, which generates that those who require accessibility do not have a positive personal experience. To comply with the proposed research paperwork, we proposed a general objective related to formulating the creation of inclusive tourism spaces for people with special physical abilities in Jipiro’s Recreational Park in the city of Loja. We supported the proposal with three specific objectives that begin with the diagnosis of spaces and tourism services in the park, which allowed us to know the state in which the touristic attraction is from an external perspective of the territory and how this is related to the demand under study; the second objective that corresponds to analyze the corresponding request towards the use of spaces and inclusive tourism services in the park. The second objective is to analyze the demand for the utilization of inclusive tourism spaces and services in the parking area. Which, it is particularly beneficial to know the profile of the tourists through their needs and demands. Concerning the problems addressed, finally, develop a proposal for tourist spaces and services for the inclusion of people with special physical abilities in Jipiro's Park in the city of Loja. When seeking solutions to this dilemma and within the shortcomings identified in the results of the tourist profile, we also learned that the correct way to address individuals who live with a disability is - people with disabilities, we should always prioritize the condition of the person and then the circumstances of the disability. For this reason, we will consider this in the research paperwork as mentioned above. We developed the research through a qualitative and quantitative approach since the analysis was bibliographic; the data we collected was through field research, interviews, and surveys, which allowed analyzing the forms and conditions in which the attraction should be with the help of the guide, manuals, and accessibility standards so that people with physical disabilities can access these tourist spaces. In conclusion, this proposal for inclusive tourism in the JRP generates social benefits. And it supports tourist activity allowing this significant attraction to become a pioneer in adapting its facilities to improve the visit of people with physical disabilities without limiting their participation. |
