El juego y la motricidad gruesa en los niños de 4 a 5 años del centro de educación inicial Dr. pio Jaramillo Alvarado ubicado en la ciudad de Loja, en el período 2019 – 2020.

The investigation titled PLAY AND GROSS MOTORCYCLE IN CHILDREN FROM 4 TO 5 YEARS FROM THE INITIAL EDUCATION CENTER DR. PÍO JARAMILLO ALVARADO LOCATED LOJA CITY DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR 2019-2020, was to analyze the importance of games in gross motorcycle among children from 4 to 5 years old; bibliographic research was developed with topics based on gross motorcycle and game; the non-experimental design and the mixed approach were used during the process. Besides, the descriptive, analytic-synthetic, and inductive-deductive methods were utilized in the whole investigation. The population of this research was 17 children and one professor. The instruments to collect data were an interview applied to the professor and, the Nelson Ortiz's Abbreviated Scale of Development (EAD-1) that allowed to diagnose the issue about the development of gross motorcycle that indicated the 59% of children are in medium and warning levels showing up that half of students have not reached the high levels according to their age. In conclusion, it is necessary the implementation of activities that allow an optimum motor development for that reason, it was developed a proposal called “playing my body develops ”, which is based on different games used to strengthen the gross motorcycle in children that it will be used by the professor in classroom.
