Cumplimiento del sistema de referencia y contrareferencia entre el Hospital General Puyo y el Subcentro de Salud Santa Clara. año 2013 -2014

This work investigated compliance Reference System and Counter by an assessment was conducted to users who were referred from Santa Clara´´ Subcentro to Puyo´s General Hospital of the Pastaza´s Province in the period 2013-2014, in order to determine the percentage of compliance with the system and identify the factors that prevented the return of users to their operating unit of origin as well as the consequences could have been any such breach. The research corresponds to the design: Transversal Fijo, Descriptive, Bibliographical and Field and techniques for data collection, survey being truthful with his instrument the questionnaire, observation with the respective guide. The results gathered from the research noted that references the Health Sub-Centre Hospital are met mostly when they are needed, while in the contrareferences 42.5% of interviewees did not return to their home unit, including the identified causes highlighted: the continuing treatment at the Hospital with the specialist being the most chosen, good consultation Hospital after feeling, lack of time the user; otherwise the Hospital by not giving users immediate shifts referred to outpatient limits compliance system, concluding that a noticeable percentage of referred users do not return to their final attention in breach of the system, because this causes demographic, economic and willingness of each user Words key.- Health System, Reference System and Contrareferences, Compliance
