Estudio de factibilidad para la implementación de una sala de juegos de bolos, en el cantón lago agrio, de la provincia de Sucumbíos

The development of this research project , called " FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A BOWLING GAME ROOM IN THE CANTON SOUR LAKE, PROVINCE SUCUMBÍOS " born as business idea to be implemented , in order provide an alternative enterprise, and that will generate economic resources and also create jobs in the sector. To achieve the results proposed in this research, the scientific method , which contributed to the search and collection of concepts , definitions, laws or rules on the subject are used to investigate , the same as the foundation was established for the development of this research work . As for the methods, the inductive method , which identified the needs of potential users demand entertainment centers healthy recreation , alternative solutions to generalize that the company must have employed in study ; deductive method, which allowed us to determine the sign of the economically active population (EAP) of beneficiaries in general, a particular level to analyze the potential market, and estimate or define general aspects , to achieve the expected results; the descriptive method, which was used to identify the administrative feasibility, technical , organizational and financial study of the project and determine the level of investment needed for the creation of the company. Among the tools that are used, is the direct observation was used to identify the different needs and disadvantages that are generated when choosing the general area and location to install the project in question; survey to acquire information sociological interest , using a questionnaire previously developed , through which it was possible to know the opinion or valuation of the subject in a sample selected on a given topic . Thus, it was considered to PEA aged between 20 to 59 years Lago Agrio Canton to establish the preferences of demand -price , tastes and preferences , infrastructure, additional services. The sample size was estimated to be 223 the PEA surveys of Lago Agrio Canton. With the results of surveys to determine the potential market is 19561.23 persons equally the target market is of 13508.99 persons was obtained, therefore I get the value of the target market are people who would use the service games of bowling is 5391.16, passing the real market is people who utilize the service offered is 2876.90 persons, proceed to divide this value for 4 member who normally use bowling giving me a result of 719 groups of 4. The offer represents no value because there is a local in the town to provide the same services that the project provides for the calculation of the actual projected unmet demand to 10 years and subtract the offer but as there are no values maintain actual projected demand. Technical study for the project size was determined using the actual demand and multiplying by the capacity of the machine and weekdays giving a result of 1,008 hours per year divides this result to real demand and capacity utilization of the project is obtained which is 0.713, ie you would have to install at least one bowling alley but expert recommendations would need to install at least 2-3 tracks to maintain the other tracks, so the project will have 3 tracks giving a maximum 3,780 hours per year, then proceeded to get the capacity used actual multiplying the actual demand by 100 and dividing for the total maximum hours capacity resulting in 19.021% which in this case is the ability used actual . According to the results , financial indicators show that it is feasible to implement the company's Board of Bowling in the canton Lago Agrio ; internal rate of return is (20.55 %), the net present value is positive ( $ 157,691.87 ), the cost benefit is 1.13 . The project is sensitive up to 17.042% low income, and a rise of 16,57% costs. Under these parameters can affirm the feasibility and sustainability of the company's Board of Bowling, which is proposed to be put into operation but mainly focuses on the needs of the group to grasp; ie should motivate entrepreneurs or entrepreneurs to invest resources in this type of project is framed not only feasibility favorable conditions , but also the needs and tastes of the population.
