| Περίληψη: | The research called: Formulation of a Strategic Plan at the Finca “Las Balsas", Parroquia Victoria, Canton Macara, Loja Province, aimed to: Develop a diagnosis of agricultural production unit of the farm the "Balsas" Victory Parish, Canton Macara order to know the strengths and weaknesses of it. Identify strategies to address and facilitate understanding of the administrative process, design the strategic plan to improve agricultural activity of the farm the "Balsas" Victory Parish. The methodology consisted in the application of the methods of studies such as the deductive and inductive method, as well as the elements of study, within the methodology are also the techniques of bibliographic compilation, direct observation, to obtain information related to The diagnosis through the FODA, projection: (Mission, vision and objectives), selection of strategies, selection of projects, general programming. The results show that the farm has an empirical inventory, which shows very little detailed inputs it has. With respect to economic inventory the estate has very good income with capital of 63018.50 dollars. In addition to the internal and external analysis of the farm, we can realize that has a great advantage both its strengths and opportunities, since they can be exploited to the maximum by its owner, leaving aside the threats and weaknesses same. It is concluded that the farm does not have proper management, the staff working on the farm, not able to perform these functions only work empirically, in the same way do not keep track of activities, causing it confused with the activities undertaken, likewise the property has no accounting records which causes proper accounting for the better functioning of the farm can not take. Therefore it is recommended that for better performance of the farm specializes in as serious agricultural area this very useful to the owner of the same person is hired, it is also recommended that adequate accounting for the best performance takes the farm itself as a program of activities for the performance of it. |
