The general objective was to: determine Dyslalia related to (ceal) Language and Hearing Ecuadorian center five and eight years old children Family Communication This study is descriptive, quantitative and qualitative techniques were used as observation, interviews, surveys and scientific, descriptive, qualitative, statistical, analytical, synthetic methods, the instrument was the test of Melgar. The study population was 25 people including children (as), therapists and parents of "CEAL" the sample was taken by stratification and a total of 8 study subjects was obtained. According to the test results was evident that children have problems dislalia, since the application of cards there was some omission or substitution of phonemes especially in bilabial, labiodental and alveolar like. l, p, m, n, r, and vowel and consonant sinfones as: ae, ai, eo, io, pl, pr, bl, br, cr, tr, etc. In the results of the survey of Parents where it was evident that children with dislalia face problems in family communication, 75% say the family communication in children with dyslalias is bad, 75 % of parents claim that their children when they need to order something they do not spontaneously for fear of ridicule; and, 75% also say their children to communicate with other family members do not own but, it is necessary that help their parents, they sometimes become translators of them. It concludes that the Dislalia cause poor self-esteem, isolation, lack of freedom of expression, negativism in children, affecting family communication, and parents are encouraged to attend strictly to therapy and strengthening techniques in the home, patiently.
