| Summary: | The title of this Curriculum Integration Work is: “Incorporation to the Organic Integral Criminal Code, as a crime concerning cyberbullying by the use of social networks that violate the integrity of children and teenagers”, this is thanks to the absence of the classification in the Organic Integral Criminal Code of a social problem called cyberbullying. Whose practice is closely related to bullying, with the difference being this type of activities carried out through technological means and communication, in which it is not necessary to know physically the person, so much to the one that is propitiating this type of practices, as the victim who is receiving this action. The result of the present legal investigation shows that the misuse of the media has generated this type of problem, which affects the whole of society in general, and to a greater extent the people who are part of a priority group such as children, girls and teenagers. In addition, they violate personal integrity, including physical, psychological and moral integrity. In the present Work on Curriculum Integration, materials and methods were applied that allowed the development of the research, as well as interviews and surveys were carried out to professionals of the law, whose results served to propose the legal reform project to the Ecuadorian Organic Comprehensive Criminal Code, with the aim of classifying cyberbullying, which is carried out through social networks, as a crime, which violates the integrity of children and teenagers. |
