| Summary: | The Constitution of the Republic in its Article 26 determines that education is a right of people throughout their lives and an inescapable and inexcusable duty of the State. It is a priority area of public policy and state investment, guaranteeing equality and social inclusion and an indispensable condition for good living. Individuals, families and society have the right and responsibility to participate in the educational process. In such a way that the intellectual development and learning of every citizen in a center of public education is guaranteed, of course it is in strict respect of human rights, the environment, sustainable and in democracy. It should be mentioned that this must be developed in an environment of respect, warmth, quality and efficiency. However, it should be noted that children have rights, the same as those provided for in International Treaties or Conventions, the Constitution of the Republic and the Code on Children and Adolescents, which protect and sanction any violation of rights to children. Which children could be targeted. Hence, it is necessary to review the disciplinary system applicable to students so that they are educated in an appropriate and timely manner always seeking respect between teachers and students |
