Ecuador zone 7 ", whose main objective is to identify the co-morbidity in new cases of pulmonary tuberculosis Bk+ Ecuador – zone 7 : The study is framed in the field of descriptive research, retrospective and prospective in a sample of diagnosed new cases with pulmonary tuberculosis Bk+ and the identified cases receiving antifimic treatment during the investigation, the information was obtained through the startup form of the diagnosed patient with TBP BK + , which instrument was a guide in which be known diseases associated with pulmonary tuberculosis. As a result a total of two hundred seventy one new cases of pulmonary tuberculosis identified; (Tbp) BK + in the zone 7 Ecuador in 2013, considering that the comorbidity with more people is located in the province of El Oro, associated with the following pathologies in the following order, Diabetes, malnutrition, alcoholism, VIH / SIDA, smoking and drug addiction, predominating in males in the young adult people of thirty to fifty years old, belonging to the provinces of the zone seven-Ecuador in 2013. Keywords: Pulmonary tuberculosis BK+; Diabetes, Smoking; alcoholism; Addiction.La investigación denominada “CO-MORBILIDAD EN CASOS NUEVOS DE TUBERCULOSIS PULMONAR CON BACILO DE KOCH POSITIVO (BK+), ZONA 7 – ECUADOR, como parte del Macroproyecto “CONVERSIÓN BACTERIOLÓGICA, ASOCIADA A CO-MORBILIDAD, PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS Y ACTITUD DEL PACIENTE, EN CASOS NUEVOS DE TUBERCULOSIS PULMONAR BK+. ZONA SIETE- ECUADOR”, tiene como objetivo principal identificar la co-morbilidad en casos nuevos de tuberculosis pulmonar BK+ en la zona siete; el estudio se enmarca en el campo de la investigación descriptiva, retrospectivo y prospectivo en una muestra de casos nuevos con diagnóstico de Tb pulmonar BK+ y los casos ya identificados que reciben tratamiento antifímico durante el periodo de investigación, la información se obtuvo a través del formulario de inicio al paciente con diagnóstico de TBP BK+, cuyo instrumento fue una guía en la que constaron enfermedades asociadas a la tuberculosis pulmonar. Como resultados se identificó un total de doscientos setenta y uno de CASOS NUEVOS DE TUBERCULOSIS PULMONAR; (TbP) BK+ EN LA ZONA 7 Ecuador durante el año 2013, considerando que la comorbilidad con mayor número de personas se encuentra en provincia de El Oro , asociado a las siguientes patologías en el siguiente orden, Diabetes, la Mala nutrición, Alcoholismo, VIH/SIDA, Tabaquismo y la Drogadicción, predominando en el sexo masculino en la población adulta joven de treinta a cincuenta años de edad pertenecientes a las provincias de la zona siete durante el año 2013.
