Calidad de vida en los pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica en tratamiento de hemodiálisis del hospital Regional Isidro Ayora de Loja 2014

The purpose of this investigation is set the quality life patient renal chronic terminal with hemodialysis treatment in the Dialysis Unit of Isidro Ayora Hospital in Loja; Identify which is the component that is most affected by the quality of life of patients with the SF -12 test ; relate quality of life of patients with hemodialysis treatment time and make appropriate interventions , based on the characteristics and location of life of patients in order to improve their quality of life.. This was a reseach study and descriptive of it through section as using the SF-12 test instrument (Generic Component of KDQOL-36 created by Dr. Jhon Ware and traslate into spanish for Alonso and Cols) that provides the profile of the health state of being a course of action that generic major with potential of use in the evaluation of the clinical results. This was applied 56 patients who willingly agreed to participate in the study and they meet the criteria of inclusión and exclusión previously established. It was done as a result of the mental component is more affected in 85,71% of patients however can be concluded that the quiality if the group is a regular in 87,50% having into consideration the time of treatment.
