| Shrnutí: | The Information Technology and Communication generate new possibilities of teaching and learning from educational strategies that lead to think and plan their integration in educational activities. Actually the not using of ICT pedagogical tools support, is a problem faced by higher educational institutions, in the National University of Loja this problem is because there is not overall flexibility and a strong institutional commitment where the ICTs are assumed as a possibility of intentional innovation of educational models and not as an object of study. The research is based on the constructivist theory approach sociocultural background, which assumes the construction of knowledge from the interaction of individuals in social and cultural contexts of teaching and learning, in which ICT resources amplifiers are joint activity teachers and students. Based on the described, the main objective of Labor Certification is based on the pedagogical use of ICT to facilitate mutual learning, for it has made the study of case studies on the impact and integration of ICTs in processes teaching and learning, and the collection of technological tools that has contributed significantly to academic activities, minutely selected and based on reliable literature sources and continuous research, in order to set the stage suitable to solve the problem posed and achieve the goal of teaching and responsible use of ICT. The data sources has a quantitative approach derived from a survey of the population of interest with respect to knowledge management and technological tools that help active training of teachers and students, with a qualitative approach that encompasses the importance of integration and pedagogical use of ICT, all in order to get the best results that give value and justify the importance of the implementation of this Work Degree.
