| Summary: | This project entitled MARKET STUDY TO THE FAMILIES OF URBAN SECTOR OF THE CITY OF LOJA FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A PROCESSING PLANT AND MARKETER OF PRODUCTS MEAT IN THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF LOJA , this research fundamentally is based on the need to cover the prospects for the advancement of the city of Loja, being the main objective of reaching the population of urban sector with meat products rich in protein, vitamins and mineral elements, with affordable prices for its purchase and thus raising the level of life of its inhabitants. In the design and development of this project is scheduled the following goals: b.1. General Objective Undertake a study of market with the aim of establishing the supply and demand for the implementation of a processing plant and marketer of meat products in the National University of Loja. b.2. Specific Objectives Determine the potential demand, real, effective and unmet meat products in the city Loja. Determine the supply of meat products in the city of Loja. Develop a marketing plan to achieve a good product positioning on the market On this project was implemented in the Urban Sector of the City of Loja, in the following areas: Sucre, Sagrario, San Sebastian and El Valle with their respective areas. First took place a diagnosis of the reality of the city of Loja to determine the conditions under which are the productive sector, the level of family income and consumption capacity to justify the implementation of the Plant processor and marketer of Meat Products in the National University of Loja. It was also took into account the respective statutory and legal frameworks existing in our country, also taking into consideration the standards of quality in the manufacturing process and introduction of the products for its marketing. In order to project the demand is necessary taking into consideration the total population according to the information of the INEC to get the number of families, divide the total population by 4 persons who is the average for the families, giving the number of families of urban sector of the city of Loja, it was taken into account the annual growth rate of 2.08% according to the census conducted by INEC in 2001. The purpose of our project is to determine the supply and demand for meat products, which also sets out the type of product presentation, logo, packaging, and their lines of marketing as are; plaza, price and promotion. Once our investigative work is presented the conclusions the same as are the result achieved along our work and the recommendations, they are conducted with the aim of helping to improve productivity. |
