Nevertheless, and in order to overcome the crisis of the firewood by means of the employment of kitchens lots, it is necessary a new road to get their financing, since the affected ones are losing their source of traditional energy that also up to now was practically gratuitous, and on the hand, they cannot be financed the change to fuels of fossil origin, neither it is desirable this alternative. |
