Proposal properly said, each one of them have been developed with a preservation and environment care. In the first part to develop this work, it started with the information gathering regarding our study theme, in order to have in this way a conceptual base, this one later served as foundation to write up the ecotourism proposal. Regarding to the methodology used, it is based on the field data collection, which were processed and validated to build the proposal for the micro basin of the Cungue, belonged to San Carlos Parish from las Minas. Subsequently, it was proceeded to carry out a diagnosis into the micro basin, which consisted of identify and reference the potential tourist attraction that are inside it, like the Tobogán, San Gregorio, Baño del Inca, Diamante, Imperio Extremo and Cungue waterfalls. Then, through a meeting jointly with the authorities from GADP San Carlos de las Minas and the community in general these attractions were analyzed and by voting and based on its best characteristics it was selected the four attractions therefore it was built the proposal. Finally, with the obtainned results through the diagnose it was proceeded to build the proposal, which is made with the general structure from SENPLADES format, for the submission of invest and external non-refundable cooperation projects. This proposal is the work together with the authorities from San Carlos de las Minas GADP and community in general. The proposal is founded on the built of a Tourist area named “San Gregorio Waterfalls”, in which it will be implemented constructions site such as: two swimming pools, a cabin, three countryside burners, a football pitch, an office, a stage, bathroom fixtures, 200 meters of trails and the adequacy of an hydraulic generator. The total inversion of the Project considering the fixed assets, deferred tax assets, circulating and assume costs till the company operates it reaches an amount of 79.730,92 American dollars. Through the economically- financial evaluation of the company, it was able to determine favorable results regarding to the VAN that is equal to the sum of $ 3.572,31 dollars, the TIR reached a percentage of 9,64, a beneficial Relation Cost of $ 0,34 cents profit per each invested dollar with a capital recovery period reached in 3 years, 9 months y 29 days, therefore it can conclude saying that the implementation of this company will be profitable. |
